Hi all,

i want to ask the SKLD Leader team if it possible to open a CoD4 Server ! Cod4 have over 17000 servers and many players ! cod4 is in my eyes a great game and make very fun in TDM or else ! i think the server xtreme damage of skld is one server to much and it will be great to open a Cod4 server ! I hope of comments and statements of all clanmembers here ! i think skld clan must be in the CoD4 servers ! cya ! and thx all for the follow statments !

Well we used to have one but it became non cost effective. Our cod4 server was hardly ever used. We had a time when cod4 was quite new on the market and alot of players were playing that game instead but after a while people started reverting back to sof2 leaving only 3or4 clan members only who played cod4 and who have now left the clan.

We don't have enough cod players in the clan to get our own server again. We do still have players who play the game but usually in other servers.

heres my opion about it i say we try it one more time n if it dont work out then we dont have the sever any more i just got the cod4 game so ill be on it more than the sof2 lol but dont worry ill be in there too once my pc is back up and running my power supply went but dont worry i wont be gone too much longer but ill see what i can do to send some money so we can get it back up and running ty all

CoD4 was a hit for a short period of time in the clan. The problem was most of the people who played it regularly, are no longer in the clan. I still have it but havent played it in months. The remaining clan members here in SKLD are SoF2 players. Plus a CoD4 server costs a lot more than a sof2 server, and if no one in the clan is playing it, there will be no donations to keep it up and running. Feel free to go and learn it and play it as it is a very good game, but as for SKLD having another CoD4 server, it would have to be voted and most everyone would need to have the game. I still have a backup copy of our old server, mod maps and all. Just in case.

Well, as we had the last server at the start it was a big hit, but died off big time later on. As RFG4 said there is at least over 17000 server's. And, only a few more server's that has *player's* in them. So, I'm thinking... There are over 17000 server's and most of them are empty..

I'll make a deal with people. Get 10 SKLD wiling to play CoD4 "AND" donate to a server and I'll set it up and restart the whole thing. People here still play it from time to time but not on a daily basis. Get the ball rolling and maybe someone can bring it back to life. Just remember 1 thing : SKLD is an SOF2 clan , that part takes top priority

i agree Godz compleatly sof2 is the top but im back on my pc now so i will be around and im looking in to sending in 30 or 40 around the first for the cod4 sever but i only hope other ppl will fallow in my steps

Well, you started it then get the ball rolling. Make a post stating you want cod4 back, explain donations are needed and you will start off w\ the 1st donation then see who else replies to it stating they will donate. From there we can start on taking donations and getting prices on servers .If you end up being the only donater then we will send you your donation back and atleast you can say you tried. No server will be rented with out atleast 3 months worth of payments in advance. At this time we cant afford to rent for 1 month just to have it shut down. Thanks for the help Nitro and I hope it works out.

I have never played cod4 but it looks like an iteresting game. If I buy it and start to play it I will come and visit your server (if u start one). Maybee I will donate some money too then too.....
